Abstract

An ultrasound transient elasticity measurement device and a transient elasticity measurement method are provided. The device includes an ultrasound probe including a vibrator, a transmitting/receiving sequence controller, and a data processor. The method includes: transmitting a first ultrasound wave according to a first transmitting/receiving control sequence, and receiving an echo thereof; generating an ultrasound image according to the echo of the first ultrasound wave, and displaying the same; detecting a region of interest on the ultrasound image selected by a user; a vibrator driving the ultrasound probe to vibrate; transmitting a second ultrasound wave according to a second transmitting/receiving control sequence, and receiving an echo thereof, the second transmitting/receiving control sequence being determined according to the region of interest on the ultrasound image selected by the user; and calculating, according to the echo of the second ultrasound wave, the transient elasticity result of the region of interest.
