Abstract
A display panel and a display apparatus. The display panel includes a blue light-emitting device, and the blue light-emitting device includes a first electrode, an electron blocking layer, a light-emitting layer and a second electrode which are stacked. The hole mobility of the electron blocking layer is not greater than 5×10cm/VS, so that electrons and holes in the light-emitting layer tend to be balanced, and luminous efficiency of the blue light-emitting device under the low luminance is improved.
