Abstract
The present invention relates to an organic borate-based catalyst including a compound represented by the following Formula 1 and a hydroxyl group-containing compound, a method for preparing an isobutene oligomer using the same and an isobutene oligomer prepared thereby: wherein R, Rto R, o, p, q and r are described therein.
