Abstract
A welding system () comprising a main module () equipped with an external casing () in which an inlet port () for the connection to an external electric power source, an electric generator () configured to adapt the electrical characteristics of the electric power received at the inlet to a first type of welding, an outlet port () for the connection by means of an electric conductor () to a welding torch () and an electronic control unit () configured to control the functionality of the electric generator () are identified.
