Abstract
A method of configuring a user equipment (UE) includes transmitting configuration information to the UE, the configuration information configured to cause the UE to determine whether to measure a portion of a positioning signal based on timing of the portion of the positioning signal relative to at least one of an ON time of a discontinuous reception mode of the UE or an OFF time of the discontinuous reception mode.
