Abstract
The present disclosure provides a terminal state transition method, a network device and a terminal. The method of the present disclosure includes: transmitting configuration information of a wakeup signal monitoring window to a terminal; in case of detecting arrival of data traffic, transmitting a wakeup signal in the wakeup signal monitoring window.
