Provided are an electrolyte additive for lithium secondary batteries, an electrolyte for lithium secondary batteries including the same, and a lithium secondary battery including the electrolyte, the additive including a compound represented by Formula 1 below: In Formula 1, Rto Rare as defined in the detailed description.
