Abstract
The present invention provides an electronic receipt issuing apparatus () including an acquisition unit () that acquires settlement user identification information that is input to a settlement apparatus and identifies a user of a predetermined settlement service, and settlement information indicating a settlement content in the settlement apparatus, a decision unit () that decides whether the settlement user identification information acquired by the acquisition unit () is registered in user registration information in which the settlement user identification information is registered in association with electronic receipt service-user identification information that identifies a user of an electronic receipt issuing service, and an issuing unit () that issues an electronic receipt, based on the settlement information, when the settlement user identification information acquired by the acquisition unit () is registered in the user registration information.
