Abstract

A flexible display device (). The flexible display device () includes a flexible display panel (), an auxiliary structure (), a first reel (), and a driving unit (). The flexible display panel () includes a first end () and a second end (). The auxiliary structure () includes a third end and a fourth end, and the fourth end is connected with the second end (). The first reel () is connected with the first end (). When driving the flexible display panel () to switch from an unrolled state to a rolled state and driving the auxiliary structure to switch from an unfolded state to a folded state, the driving unit () drives the fourth end to move close to the first reel () and the first reel () to rotate, so as to drive the second end () to move close to the first reel (). When driving the flexible display panel () to switch from the rolled state to the unrolled state and driving the auxiliary structure () to switch from the folded state to the unfolded state, the driving unit () drives the first reel () to rotate to unwind the flexible display panel () from the first reel (), and drives the fourth end to move away from the first end (), so as to drive the second end () to move away from the first reel ().
