Abstract
A vehicle includes a mobile communication device, where the mobile communication device is connected to a driving unit of the vehicle and controls a traveling speed of the vehicle, which is traveling toward an intersection, in order to avoid a collision of the vehicle at the intersection by receiving analysis result information, which is based on image information from an imaging apparatus provided near the intersection, from an information control device.
