Abstract
A power generator () according to the invention is configured in a self-oscillating manner. It comprises two cascode circuits (), the outputs (A, A) of which are connected with a parallel resonant circuit () in order to excite it in push-pull manner. The input transistors () of cascode circuits () are cross-coupled, whereas the control electrodes of the output transistors () are connected with non-varying potential. The power oscillator () is self-controlled such that the transistors (-) comprise lowest switching losses.
