Abstract

Disclosed are a communication method, a terminal and a network device. The method comprises: indicating a frequency range identifier corresponding to a frequency range, the frequency range identifier comprising at least one of the following: a first frequency range identifier, wherein the first frequency range identifier represents that a system works in the frequency range and an uplink transmission offset is 0; a second frequency range identifier, wherein the second frequency range identifier represents that the system works in the frequency range, and the uplink transmission offset is 7.5 kHz; a third frequency range identifier, wherein the third frequency range identifier represents that the system works in the frequency range and the uplink transmission offset is 7.5 kHz or 0; and a fourth frequency range identifier, wherein the fourth frequency range identifier represents that the system works in the frequency range.
