Abstract

A curved or bowed pole having at least a top portion and a bottom portion is disclosed that is structured and configured to aid persons in motion under their own power. The disclosed pole can be modular and include at least two or more sections that can attach or detach to each other. Additionally, a curved or bowed pole is disclosed that can include a paddle, a ski shoe, or an adjustable hook foot attached to its bottom portion or a cross handle attached to its top portion.
