Terminal device receives a SS/PBCH block with an odd index and a PDCCH in a Type0-PDCCH CSS set. A predefined table provides configurations for the Type0-PDCCH CSS set. The first symbol index is Nin a first row, and the first symbol index is N+Nin a second row. The first row and the second row are different rows in the predefined table.
