Abstract
A network device that is connectable to a network includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry is configured to execute detection processing including detection of connection availability for a plurality of different types of connections to the network, and generate a detection code indicating a detection result of the plurality of different types of connections to the network in responding to the detection processing.
