Abstract
Techniques are described for generating a notification in connection with a video content item are provided. An example method comprises receiving, from at least a portion of the plurality of user devices, a plurality of messages via the first message interface, determining whether a message from the plurality of messages is associated with participant information that would be of interest to a content creator of the video content item, and responsive to determining that the message is associated with the participant information that would be of interest to the content creator of the video content item, causing a creator interface including a second message interface to be presented on a user device associated with the content creator, wherein the second message interface presents a notification concerning the participant information by modifying an appearance of the message in the second message interface based on the participant information.
