Abstract

A pharmaceutical formulation of N-(2-(2-(dimethylamino)ethoxy)-4-methoxy-5-((4-(1-methyl-1H-indol-3-yl)pyrimidin-2-yl)amino)phenyl)acrylamide (compound 1), in particular methanesulfonic acid salt thereof, and methods of using the pharmaceutical formulation for the treatment or prevention of diseases or medical conditions mediated through mutated forms of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGER), such as various cancers, are disclosed.
