Abstract

A system for a retail environment supporting product available to a consumer. The system includes one or more applications including a portal in electronic communication with a consumer device via a network and accessible by a consumer to input consumer preferences specific the consumer into the one or more applications. The consumer preferences include identification information and purchase preferences associated with products in the retail environment. A wireless connection is positioned in or adjacent the retail environment to automatically detect presence of a consumer device at the retail environment. The one or more applications communicates with the consumer regarding information about a first product preference in response to the consumer device being identified in the retail environment, and automatically identifies a product in the retail environment unique to the consumer and directly related to the first product preference, and ii) a location of the product in the retail environment.
