The motor support () for a motor-fan unit of a ventilation installation for a vehicle comprises: two coaxial rings (), including an inner ring () capable of receiving one or more elements of the motor and an outer ring () capable of fixing fastened to a housing forming a structural element, a decoupling element () between the two coaxial rings (); and a means () for limiting the relative movement of one of the two rings () relative to the other, in a plane normal to the common axis (A) of the two rings (), comprising at least one radial abutment () fastened to one of the two rings (), with a radial clearance between the radial abutment () and the other of the two rings ().
