Abstract
A measuring device for measuring a width (W) between a first edge () and a second edge () of spaced apart opposed edges () of a slot () in a product ('), comprising: The slide () is adjusted so that a first surface () of the first tab () contacts the first edge () and a second surface () of the second tab () contacts the second edge (). A distance (d) between the first surface () and the second surface () corresponding to the width (W) is detected by the measuring detector, and the value of the width (W) is displayed by the display ().
