Disclosed are compounds having the formula (I): wherein Rrepresents a group: —NH, —NHCOR, —NHCOOR, —(C-C)alkenylene-CO—NH—OH, —(C-C)alkynylene-CO—NH—OH or —OH; Rrepresents a group: —OCH, —OCHCH, —SCH, —SCHCHor —OCHF; Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or a group: —CH, —CN, —F, —Cl or —OR; Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or a group: —CH, —CN, —F, —Cl or —OR; Rrepresents a group: —(C-C)alkyl or —CF; Rrepresents a group: —(C-C)alkyl or —CF; Rrepresents a group: —(C-C)alkyl or —CF; and Rrepresents a group: —(C-C)alkyl or —CF; in the state of a base or acid or acid salts or base salts or in the form of hydrate or of solvate. Also disclosed are drug conjugates including such compounds.
