Abstract

An electronic valve with: a yoke including an end plate portion and a side plate portion; a pole piece; a solenoid coil; and a diaphragm made of a plate-shaped magnetic material. The pole piece has an opening at one end portion and a first fluid inlet/outlet communicating with the opening at the other end portion. A biasing unit biases the diaphragm in a direction away from one end portion of the pole piece in a manner of moving the diaphragm translationally in one direction. In a non-operating time, the electronic valve comes into an open state where the opening is open. In an operating time, the diaphragm approaches the one end portion of the pole piece against the biasing force of the biasing unit by a magnetic force generated by the solenoid coil, and the electronic valve can come into a closed state where the opening is closed.
