Abstract
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a neighbor cell list that indicates at least one neighbor cell. The UE may perform a cell selection procedure or a cell reselection procedure to switch to a serving cell without receiving an updated neighbor cell list from the serving cell.
