Abstract
A thermally activated delayed fluorescent material, preparing method thereof, and an organic electroluminescent device are disclosed. The organic electroluminescent device includes an anode layer, a cathode layer, and a light-emitting layer disposed between the anode layer and the cathode layer. The light-emitting layer includes a thermally activated delayed fluorescent material.
