Abstract
A driving support device is provided which can estimate the line-of-sight of an occupant with high accuracy. A driving support deviceincludes: a peripheral information acquisition unitwhich acquires peripheral information of the periphery of a vehicle; a driver monitor camerawhich acquires occupant information related to the occupant of the vehicle; an outside-world information detection unitwhich detects the outside-world information including the position and speed of the target in the surroundings of the vehiclebased on the peripheral information; a line-of-sight estimation unitwhich estimates the line-of-sight of the occupant of the vehiclebased on the occupant information; and a line-of-sight correction unitwhich corrects the estimated line-of-sight, based on the outside-world information detected by the outside-world information detection unit
