Abstract
The present invention relates to compounds of formula (I) wherein A, X, R, R, R, Rand Rare as defined herein, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising these compounds, methods of using these compounds in the treatment of various diseases and disorders, such as hypertension, preeclampsia, restenosis, a cardiac or respiratory condition, renal disease, liver disease, muscular dystrophy, fibrotic disorders, pain, ischemia or ischemic reperfusion injury, and cancer.
