Abstract

The invention relates to an arrangementwith an OCT devicefor scanning an object region volumearranged in an object regionwith an OCT scanning beam, comprising an itemwhich has a sectionthat is arrangeable in the object regionand is localizable in the object region volumeby means of the OCT device, and having a computing unitconnected to the OCT deviceand having a computer program for determining a 3-D reconstruction of the object region volumeand determining the location of the portion of the objectin the object region volumeby processing OCT scan information obtained with the OCT deviceby scanning the object region volume. According to the invention, the computer program has a calculation routine for determining a target area in the 3-D reconstruction of the object region volume, which routine determines a reference variable for the objectfor the target area. The computer program contains a path planning routine that uses a criterion to calculate an optimal path for objectto the target spatial position, the criterion being a shadow measure that quantifies the occurrence of shadows caused by objectin the calculated 3-D reconstruction. The invention also relates to a computer program and a method for determining a 3-D reconstruction of an object region volumein an object region
