Abstract
A data transmission resource determining method includes determining an initial time interval and an interval difference, and determining, based on a initial time interval and a interval difference, a time domain position of a first time-frequency resource in response to the first TB being transmitted for an itime, where i is a positive integer, and 2≤i≤R+1. The initial time interval is between a time domain position at which a first transport block (TB) is transmitted for the first time and the second time. The interval difference is a difference between a first and a second time interval. The first time interval is between a corresponding time domain position at which the first TB is transmitted for a kh time and (k+1)time. The second time interval is between a corresponding time domain position at which the first TB is transmitted for the (k+1)time and (k+2)time.
