Abstract
A covering () for an opening in a building and a sensor assembly () is disclosed. The covering () comprises a panel () moveable between an open position and a closed position, and to an intermediate position between the open position and the closed position. The sensor assembly () is configured to sense the position of a locking member () of the covering and to transmit signals indicating the position of locking member (). Methods of installing a sensor assembly () on a covering () of an opening of a building are also disclosed.
