Abstract
An applicator () has a pistol grip handle (), a trigger (), an operative portion (), a hollow tube (), an articulating joint () disposed in the hollow tube () between trigger/lever () and operative portion (), which has a set of separately held jaws (and) with container () and lid () disposed thereon.
