Abstract

A fabric care composition is provided, comprising: a fabric care benefit agent; and a deposition aid polymer is provided, comprising >50 to 99 wt % of structural units of formula (I) wherein Ris selected from hydrogen, —Calkyl and —CHOR; wherein Ris selected from —Calkyl and phenyl; and 1 to <50 wt % of structural units of formula (II) wherein Ris selected from Formula (III), Formula (IV) and Formula (V) wherein Ais a counter anion; wherein Ris selected from a hydrogen, a —Calkyl group and a phenyl group; and wherein Ris selected from a hydrogen and a —Calkyl group; wherein the deposition aid polymer has a weight average molecular weight of <100,000 Daltons; and with the proviso that the deposition aid polymer has an average of ≥two structural units of formula (II) per molecule.
