Abstract
A blood measurement device () includes a light emitting part () that emits a light beam that is to transmit through a measurement site (), a light receiving part () that receives the light beam that has transmitted through the measurement site (), an integrating sphere part () interposed in an optical path along which the light beam emitted from the light emitting part () reaches the light receiving part (), the integrating sphere part () having formed inside a reflection surface () that reflects the light beam, a light entry part () which is an opening provided at the integrating sphere part () and through which the light beam applied from the light emitting part () enters an inside of the integrating sphere part (), and a light exit part () which is an opening provided at the integrating sphere part () and through which the light beam reflected by the reflection surface () of the integrating sphere part () is emitted from the integrating sphere part () toward the measurement site ().
