Abstract
A tubular element for an aerosol-generating article is provided, the tubular element including: a wrapper that forms a first longitudinal passageway; and a gel comprising an active agent, the wrapper including paper, the wrapper being water-resistant, the gel including an active agent including an aerosol former, and the gel including the active agent includes between 60 percent and 95 percent by weight of glycerol. An aerosol-generating article including a tubular element, and a method of manufacturing a tubular element, are also provided.
