Abstract

A display device includes a substrate having a first region and a second region, a first array unit in the first region and including at least one subpixel having a first light emitting part, and a second array unit in the second region. The second array unit can include a plurality of subpixels, where each of the plurality of subpixels can include a second light emitting part having a smaller area than an area of the first light emitting part. A first driving thin film transistor of at least one subpixel in the first array unit and a second driving thin film transistor of each of the subpixels of the second array unit can include a first active layer and a second active layer, respectively.
