Abstract
A fluid machine and its operating method are provided. The fluid machine () includes a main body (), a screw set (), a capacity adjustment mechanism (), an intermediate pressure sensor (), and a controller (). The main body () includes a low-pressure chamber (), an intermediate-pressure chamber (), and a high-pressure chamber (). The screw set () includes a pair of first screws () in the low-pressure chamber () and a pair of second screws () in the high-pressure chamber (). The capacity adjustment mechanism () includes a first slide valve () disposed corresponding to the first screws () and a second slide valve () disposed corresponding to the second screws (). The intermediate pressure sensor () is placed in the intermediate-pressure chamber () for obtaining its interior pressure. The controller () drives movement of the first slide valve () and the second slide valve ().
