Abstract
A wireless User Equipment (UE) handsover from a source Radio Unit (RU) to a target RU. The wireless UE attaches to the source RU and receives UE context over the source RU. The wireless UE receives a wireless data service over the source RU, a Distributed Unit (DU), and a Centralized Unit (CU) based on the UE context. The wireless UE attaches to the target RU, detaches from the source RU, and receives modified UE context over the target RU. The wireless UE receives a modified wireless data service over the target RU, the DU, and the CU based on the modified UE context.
