Abstract

A display device including a gate line, a data line, a first thin film transistor including a first source electrode extending from the data line, and a first drain electrode spaced apart from the first source electrode, a second thin film transistor including a second source electrode extending from the first source electrode, and a second drain electrode spaced apart from the second source electrode, a third thin film transistor including a third drain electrode extending from the second drain electrode, and a third source electrode spaced apart from the third drain electrode, a first sub-pixel electrode electrically connected to the first drain electrode through a first contact hole, a first reference voltage line electrically connected to the third source electrode through a second contact hole, and a second sub-pixel electrode electrically connected to the second drain electrode through a third contact hole.
