Abstract
This invention relates to compositions and methods for modifying Soluble NSF Attachment Protein18 (SNAP18) genes in soybean plants to increase resistance to Soybean Cyst Nematode (SCN). The invention further relates to plants having increased resistance to/reduced severity of infection by SCN produced using the methods and compositions of the invention.
