Abstract
It relates to a combination comprising a) rhamnose or a rhamnose-rich polysaccharide; b) a film-forming agent; and c) one or more further active agents selected from: i) a hyaluronic acid derivative selected from the group consisting of hyaluronic acid, a pharmaceutically or cosmetically acceptable salt thereof, and a cationized hyaluronic acid, ii) a silanol compound, and iii) an extract of; for use in the treatment and/or prevention of fungal infections in human beings. It also relates to this combination per se, and to pharmaceutical or cosmetic topical nail composition containing it.
