Abstract
The disclosure relates to a communication technique that converges a 5generation (5G) communication system for supporting a higher data rate after a 4generation (4G) system with IoT technology, and a system thereof. The disclosure may be applied to intelligent services (e.g., smart homes, smart buildings, smart cities, smart or connected cars, healthcare, digital education, retail, security and safety related services, or the like) based on 5G communication technology and Internet of things (IoT)-related technology. A method for transmitting an uplink channel by a base station or a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system is provided.
