Abstract
A display panel includes a fingerprint recognition layer, a light path layer, and a display panel main body. The fingerprint recognition layer includes a plurality of transistors disposed in an array and a plurality of photosensors electrically connected to the plurality of transistors. Active layer patterns of the transistors and photosensitive layer patterns of the photosensors are disposed at a same layer. The amorphous silicon layers of the transistors and the photosensors are made in a single process, thereby reducing the photomask and manufacturing process.
