Abstract
The invention relates to a combustible cartridge case () for ammunition, comprising a cylindrical envelope () intended to contain a propellant charge and to receive a projectile at a front end (AV). The cartridge case comprises, at a rear end (AR), a bottom () that is integral with the cylindrical envelope () and is intended to be positioned in a base. The cartridge case is characterised in that the bottom () comprises a combustible central ring () that is connected to a peripheral cup () by at least two combustible radial arms () delimiting openings ().
