An inkjet ink composition includes water (A), a resin (B), and an organic solvent (C) which has a boiling point of 250° C. or lower, satisfies Expression (C1), and has a nitrogen atom, in which a content mass ratio of the organic solvent (C) to a main resin in the resin (B) is 0.01 or greater and less than 2.0.
