Abstract

Biochip detection apparatus includes a cavity for carrying a test tube vial, the test tube vial being used for accommodating a sample to be detected and a biochip, the cavity having a temperature control function; a liquid storage device for storing liquid; a pumping device for pumping the liquid in the liquid storage device to the test tube vial, the pumping device being in fluid communication with a separation needle for injecting a mixed liquid into the test tube vial; an imaging device for monitoring the chip state in the test tube vial; and a data processing device configured to acquire hybridization results on the basis of information about a biochip state acquired by the imaging device.
