Abstract
A chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) may be include: a BCMA binding domain, a transmembrane domain, a co-stimulatory domain, and an intracellular signaling domain, wherein the BCMA binding domain includes heavy chain complementarity determining regions HCDR1-3, and the amino acid sequences of the HCDR1-3 are successively as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1-3.
