Abstract
Systems involve implementations such as an electronic-controller-implemented method for use with an accessory assembly couplable with a device assembly and a payment card reader assembly, the method including determining activation status of the accessory assembly; and controlling charging status of the device assembly based at least in part on the activation status of the accessory assembly.
