Abstract

The invention concerns a method for managing a thermal management device () for a motor vehicle, comprising the following steps: —increasing the speed of rotation of the compressor () to its maximum speed, —determining a modified setpoint temperature (T-) of the third element () greater than the first setpoint temperature (T-), so that the temperature of the second element () at the outlet of the first evaporator () tends towards its setpoint temperature (T-), —adjusting the opening diameter of the second expansion device () so that the temperature of the third element () at the outlet of the second evaporator () reaches a modified setpoint temperature (T-), until the temperature of the second element () at the outlet of the first evaporator () reaches the setpoint temperature (T-). The invention further relates to the thermal management device () for implementing said management method.
