Abstract

A substantially anhydrous, concentrated surfactant composition comprising a sugar-based surfactant; an amino acid based surfactant; a polyglycerol ester, a polyhydroxy ether, or a combination of a polyglycerol ester and a polyhydroxy ether; and, optionally, a glycol, wherein the substantially anhydrous surfactant composition contains less than about 12 weight percent of water.
