The present invention relates to a system and a method for detecting water break-through at an oil and/or gas production site comprising two or more oil and/or gas producing well(s) () and/or well string(s) (). The present invention utilizes chemical in-flow tracers and allows for simultaneous monitoring of water breakthrough for two or more oil and/or gas producing well(s) () and/or well completion(s) at centralized down-stream location.
