Abstract

The present invention relates to a method of preparing an enzyme-treated ZizaniaTurcz. extract and a composition prepared therefrom, and the enzyme-treated ZizaniaTurcz. extract prepared by the above method contains a high content of tricin, and thus it can be usefully used as a cosmetic composition or a health functional food composition for whitening, wrinkle improvement, anti-inflammatory, anti-allergy and moisturizing.
